Corporate Social Responsibility
With integrity as one of Whitehead Mann's three core values, we understand that our relationship with the external community extends beyond our client base. We believe that acting with integrity involves a responsibility not only to our employees and clients, but also to the wider communities and environments within which we operate.
In striving to meet our corporate social responsibilities, Whitehead Mann is taking actions which are divided broadly into two principal categories: environment and community.
Alongside a host of internal initiatives designed to support fair trade, Whitehead Mann has adopted a carbon neutral policy and is working with the World Land Trust to offset all our business travel.
The partnership is also committed to the community through our strategy of 'helping young people achieve their potential' and our London office has recently chosen to partner with Coram in order to achieve this.
This firm-wide endorsed and supported initiative enables our practice specialists to deliver a pro-bono programme helping this organisation with their own recruiting, leadership and development initiatives. As a firm, we also encourage all our staff to spend time volunteering within specific project areas for our partner charities, all of which are focused on helping young people overcome a variety of difficulties in accessing the workplace. In all interactions with our partner charities we promote our own core values of Team, Integrity and Quality.
